Aiki Fisheries is the leading fresh & frozen seafood importer and supplier in Malaysia. Established in 2010 as an importer and distributor of fresh red grouper, Aiki Fisheries quickly created an industry wide reputation for providing high quality fresh red grouper from company owned source in Indonesia. Over the years, the Aiki Fisheries brand has become highly recognizable due to its vastly diversified product line. We take pride in bringing unique, safe and healthy seafood products to consumers from our established business partner around the world.
Our seafood is sourced directly from fishermen, cleaned and processed at our plant in Malaysia & Indonesia, quick freeze and repack the seafood, where it is then delivered to customers.
We continuously strive to maintain high quality standards and commit to only delivering the best to our customers. Today Aiki Seafood supplies seafood to not only the malaysian market but also to established customers in Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan, where demand is increasing for high quality seafood.
Quality Assurance
Today Aiki fisheries operate a processing plant with HACCP certified, where the distance from fishing grounds to factory is short. We have advanced cold-freezing, processing and packaging facilities to handle the seafood daily.
The fishermen deliver their fresh catches directly to the factory, where we take responsibility for the raw material.
The fishes are stored on ice until they are processed according to the specifications preferred by our customers. The wide array of processing facilities offers a wealth of opportunities and our innovation teams are constantly developing new consumer-relevant concepts.
